Lily Court is a serviced apartment comprised of 2 towers (apartments are smaller in Tower 2) located close to the escalator in Mid-levels especially suitable to those working in Central. Rooms are equipped with complimentary high-speed internet access, 4K HD smart TVs as well as top-quality soundbars with Bluetooth connectivity, Lily I is for the connected individuals who live in style. A sofa bed in the living room offers additional capacity for guests.

There are studio and 1-bedroom apartments from HK$25K per month subject to the layout, floor level/ view and lease term:
Studio Apartment (Unit A) - 520 sq. ft. gross

The rate includes the management fee, government rates, daily maid service (except Sundays and Public Holidays), utilities, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV channels, and free access to the gym at Lily Court. There is no washing machine or dryer inside the apartments; guests can use the laundry room located within the building, however, laundry service (extra charges apply) is also available if required.
Please note that there is a small construction site nearby i.e. potential disturbance from Monday to Saturday during working hours.
