The Putman is a boutique Sheung Wan hotel/ serviced apartment designed by Andrée Putman located close to MTR E2 Exit, but also within walking distance to core Central. It provides studio, 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom apartments with whole-floor occupancy. Cons
- Due to the scarcity of 2-bedroom serviced apartments, the price of it can be relatively high.
Most are 1-bedroom apartments at approx. 1,300 sf gross with a limited supply of 2-bedroom apartments with the same size from HK$70K to HK$85K per month subject to the layout, floor level/ view and lease term.
