The quoted license fee is inclusive of:

6 consecutive months - 14-night rent-free or HK$2,000 shopping voucher.

- Advance payment of the first month’s license fee and security deposit and signing of license agreement are required to confirm booking;
- Security deposit (refundable within 14 working days from the expiration date of the term) :
- 1 to 3 months term: equivalent to 1 month’s license fee
- Over 3 to 12 months term: equivalent to 2 months’ license fee
- Payment can be made by local cheque, bank transfer (additional HK$200 will apply to overseas bank transfer) or Visa/Master/Amex Card (3% administration fee will be applied to credit card payment);
- Cancellation of confirmed booking is subject to a penalty of 10% of one month’s license fee with over two weeks’ notice, half month’s license fee with less than two weeks of notice or one month’s license fee with less than 72 hours of notice.
- Extension of stay is subject to availability/price revision
